Great Hotel, my only complaint is no safe in the room (they will lock up valuables at the desk, but that is not optimal) You can walk to the Corning Glass Museum Great breakfast in the AM (runs to 10:30AM so you don't have to rush) Pool and hot tub was a FAM favorite. Beds were super comfortable. They have a DVD library with lots of movies (DVD player in the room) If you want pizza I recommend Atlas Brick Oven Pizzeria

Lovely hotel in Corning that is conveniently located for the Wineglass marathon. The suites are spacious so you do not feel claustrophobic. The courtyard was lovely in fall, with numerous tables to sit and enjoy the weather, as well as a fire pit at night. Breakfast was good, with cold and warm options. The hotel was not crowded, even during the marathon weekend. It is a short walk to the museum of glass. I did not use the pool, but it looked clean. It's a bit pricey for the area, but I'm glad I chose it.

My family and I stayed at Staybridge Suites for 2 nights and overall this is a nice place to stay. We got upgraded to 2 bedroom suite which was very nice gesture from the hotel management. Minutes of walking distance from Glass Museum and historical district. The hotel has an indoor heated pool, but it's a bit small and there is no M/F locker rooms. Free breakfast is nice, but when it gets too crowded in the morning it could be hectic.

I chose here because another, recent , review exclaimed this hotel is renovated. It is not. It has however been updated 2 years ago. At first I thought it was already showing signs of wear but I later recognized that the tired feel to my suite is not wear but the old and decrepit peaking through the updates. The building is a maze of winding hallways with no clear path to the eating area and entrance or the elevator which is far from the entrance. As a result we preferred the stairs. Similarly, the approach to the hotel is from the back and one needs to drive around to the front. Pros -2 rooms so, spacious. -firm mattress -ample towels - breakfast included that had multiple offerings including oatmeal, chobani yoghurt, eggs, bacon,fruit in syrup in addition to fresh oranges and sad bananas. -soft comfortable sheets -Kitchenette which appears updated. -new bathroom faucet and perhaps sink and counter too -carpets and some furnishings but not all appear updated. - eating area was updated and spacious. (Like other design choices- fabric chairs quick to show stains. ) Cons- -Drapes and carpets -Old noisy bathroom exhaust and rusty duct covers -bathtub with rusting elements -mildly noisy spring bed -walls are dingy and desperate of paint job

Dream Home Consulting drove 4 hours from Malvern, PA this last weekend to venture up to Upstate New York's Gorgeous Finger Lakes Region to attend the World Renouned NASCAR '23 Race at Watkins Glen International!!! We selected the Gorgeous & Newly Renovated Staybridge Suites in Corning, NY....only 20 minutes from Watkins Glen International Race Track....for lodging for NASCAR for 4 nights!!! With Beautiful 12 Foot Ceilings in the Living Room, & Newly Renovated Throughout, AND a Luxurious 750 sq ft 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Suite, we were elated to be able to lodge in the Gorgeous Staybridge Suites in Corning, NY...such a Beautiful & Well Appointed Luxury Hotel so close to Watkins Glen International Race Track!!! The Staybridge Suites General Manager, Mr. Kent Palmer, displays Exceptional Professionalism & Guest Service...all while hosting a plethora of NASCAR '23 Race Enthusiasts as well as a multitude of other Travelers with their Businesses and/or their Families with their "Four Legged Friends." Mr. Palmer consistently strives to exceed his Guests' Expectations, which is why his Guests and Entire Hotel Staff adore him, and cannot help but "Model his Calm, Soothing, & Professional Manner & Style."
